I went on-line to check my stats, and found Akismet had stopped 14 spam comments for me. Apparently my blog has become popular enough that it is worth spamming. Popularity has its price, I guess.

If you run a WordPress blog, I hope you have this turned on. If not, get with the program.

One of my favorite blogs, That Snows the Goat has registered its domain name (thatsnowsthegoat.com) and will be moving over to the new site as soon as the DNS records are updated. Please be patient if you get sent to the old (wrong) page, it takes at least 24 hours for every DNS server to get the word. Plus, every feed, link and reference to the old URL have to be changed.

CraigsCrafts.com will follow the development of various craft items I plan on selling here. I’ll cover development of prototypes, problems I have during setup and production, as well as any general woodworking problems I encounter. Hopefully this will help other beginning woodworkers, or at least be interesting to someone other than myself.
